Double-space prose; single-space poetry. |

Indent paragraphs one tab; do NOT insert any spaces between paragraphs. |

Use only ONE space after a period. |

Do not put titles in all CAPS. |

Type your name as you want to be credited,

At the bottom of your document, please provide a single-spaced, tightly-focused three-sentence
bio that includes writing credits, but limit
self-promotion to mention of a website. Link your
biographical information to your submission if
relevant. Do not type in the word “Bio.” |
